Owie!!
I don't know, go away for a month or two and LJ pulls it's silliest stunt yet! If I wanted to be on Facebook, I would be on Facebook and I really feel for those folk who are worried about their personal info being read by countless strangers and even worse, friends and family! So, anyway, I'm on Dreamwidth and IJ too, just in case.
I've have been awol all summer, waylaid by Real life, but am back now. In fact I can't go anywhere *points down* as I broke my ankle a couple of days okay, which is NOT of the good in many ways, but at least it'll give me plenty of time for reading and writing fanfic. Thanks to everyone who sent birthday wishes, will be catching up asap.

Snarry-a-thon
Well, it's over! The Snarry-a-thon *sighs* I've taken part in the Snarry-a-thon for the last two years and always amazed by the amount of work that everyone does for this fest, it's always been one of my favourites. I still haven't managed to read and comment on everything, but am planning on catching up in the next day or so. The stories were wonderful and the art was better than ever, loved it all! I had great fun reading and writing for it. And just in case you wondered which story was mine, I wrote The Importance of Plum Trees, for my beloved beta, Cyndie, she does so much for me, supporting me, editing and holding my hand during my meepful moments, this story was my thank you for all she's done for me.

Thanks to my darling Cyndie-Lou who betaed for me and put up with my wandering POVs and tendency to insert obscure Celtic legends into the plot, and the charming and delightful fest mods, who allowed my extreme tardiness. Any remaining mistakes are totally my own. Thanks also to winoniel who offered to read through for me, I would have loved to send it to you, dear lady I simply ran out of time.

Well, my dear alisanne, I’ve loved your fics for ages so it was great fun to write this for you. I tried to get in as many as your requests as I could. You wanted ‘romantic comedy with lots of snark and banter, sarcastic Snape (generally hiding some insecurities), outdoor!sex, desperate I can't keep my hands off you/got to have you NOW!sex, partially dressed sex, flirtation. Specific cliches I like are: slightly clueless Harry (although I do like him to be an adult who knows he wants Snape), accidental/forced bonding (as long as they are both secretly in lust/love), time travel, first time (how they get together, UST), magic rituals.’ *dies* Did I manage any of them? You’ll just have to read it to find out *g* I didn’t use your first two optional plot suggestions, this is your third option, time travel. I sooo hope you enjoy it!

Glorious snarry art
Hi all,

I'm Back!!!!!!
Hi All,
Did you miss me?? I've been writing away and have posted three fics in various fests, I'll be posting those here over the next few days. I've also have two more fest fics due to go up in January and a brand new story, which is complete and which I'll be posting, a chapter a day, after Christmas. Real life has been insanely busy, but I'm back now, so what's been going on? Any news?

So long and thanks for all the fics!
Well. not really, at least not forever! I just wanted to paraphrase Douglas Adams. But I am going on hiatus for a while. I have signed up for a number of fests and I have some WIPs and a sequel that I really want to finish and I keep getting distracted, procrastination thy name is Lucie! So I'm putting most of my groups on Daily Digest and stepping back from LJ/IJ for a month or two. See you all at Christmas!
